The Good Jobs Campaign is a project we ran in partnership with Citizens UK to match employers in the creative industries with local, young and diverse talent. The aim is to tackle two of the UK’s biggest issues: skills shortages and social mobility. We ran a program of four training sessions for a group of students from two local secondary schools that helped them to develop industry specific skills. At the end of the sessions we selected the two most promising candidates and offered them a month long internship with us through August.

It was lovely Fahmida and Irem who joined us in August. In addition to their writings about their experience at W+K, here is a film that we put together. They shot and edited some of the footage themselves.
