Each year we try to inspire, excite and challenge ourselves through a topic chosen by the agency and hosted by W+Ked, our internal training programme.

We endeavour to source experts from outside the industry and from a variety of different fields. Their talks expose us to diverse specialisms and encourage us to think differently and to engage in lively discussion and debate around the agency.

Previous speakers include Dr Gus Casely-Hayford, Director of V&A East, Vicky Featherstone, artistic director of the Royal Court, Andrew Diprose, Group Creative Director at WIRED and Akala – a BAFTA and MOBO award-winning hip-hop artist, writer and social entrepreneur.
