Marc Shillum, Art Director extraordinaire. Came in to help us on The Guardian pitch. Now here to stay.

Keith Gray, another exceptional Art Director, been with us for a while freelance, now permanent. Just did the new Honda Type R website.

Will Misselbrook. He’s young, he’s possibly quite posh and he’s a shiny new producer. Just started on Monday.

Karrelle Dixon, our new Account Manager on Nike and EA Games. He plays rugby at a fairly serious level. That’s Nike account director Julian Cheevers lurking behind him. Jools isn’t new but he’s sneaked into the picture.

Conference calls are always a bit weird. Awkward pauses, silent gaps when you’re not sure if the people at the other end are still there and, of course, there’s always the fumbling around at the start when the technology won’t work properly. Surely it can’t be long before someone invents something better.
