Oh, here they are in the creative review. Hello, team. There seems to be a lot of work up on the walls. That's good.

Due to circumstances beyond our control (cuts to fees and scope by several clients in a short period of time) we are being forced to make redundancies at W+K London. Grim.

Unfortunately this means parting company with some smart, talented, hard-working people who are also good friends. One such is Account Exec Fern Trelfa whose approach to this tough situation is as positive, individual and can-do as her approach to everything.

If anyone has the right to wear a 'Welcome to Optimism' T-shirt, it's Fern.
