FINLANDIA vodka – Toasts

FINLANDIA vodka is launching ‘Toasts’, a global TV, social and print campaign celebrating the shared moment of special toasts this Christmastime.

The ‘Toasts’ campaign is the embodiment of a shared occasion, when you want to make a meaningful toast with a special drink. The art direction is inspired by the symmetry and geometry of snowflakes and uses a unique mirror effect to give a fresh perspective on the precious festive toast moment.

The spot is directed by Silent Studios, aka Nathan Prince & Liam Paton, and produced and edited by Electric Theatre Collective.

Our creatives Mat Kramer and Josh King said: “FINLANDIA vodka is made from pure glacial spring water, which uniquely links the drink in your hand to the icy lakes and snowy landscapes of Finland. That makes it perfect for a seasonal toast. Taking that thought, we developed a ‘kaleidoscycle’ approach with the directing team Silent, and created a sensory journey from the table to the visual landscapes and moody soundscapes of Finland. Not a jingle bell in sight.”

AB InBev – Keep It Bud Light

Yesterday saw the launch of AB InBev’s ‘Keep It Bud Light’, featuring a cast of beautiful millennials living the Bud Light lifestyle.

The campaign parodies the aspirational lifestyles portrayed by many consumer brands, via a cast of impossibly good-looking millennials living their effortlessly bohemian lives.

The 30″ will air across TV and cinema throughout October and November. The broadcast spots will be supported by a series of edits created specifically for social platforms.

The film is directed by Ali Ali, produced by Sonny London with post by MPC and sound from Wave Studios.

Ray Shaughnessy, Creative Director at W+K London, said: “We’re mega chuffed to have created such a distinctive UK campaign for Bud Light. We’ve created work that makes it clear that this is a co-ed beer brand having a laugh, because – wait for it – turns out, both men and women enjoy beer as well as enjoy a chuckle.”
