W+K London awarded IPA Platinum Accreditation

We’re super proud to have been awarded CPD Platinum Accreditation from the IPA for our sustained exceptional professional development programme.

Launched in 2008, the IPA’s CPD Accreditation scheme recognises and rewards agencies who demonstrate “a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result”.

This year, W+K London was awarded Platinum Accreditation for sustained CPD excellence, by earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period.

Our MD, Helen Andrews, said of the award: “We are beyond delighted to receive Platinum Accreditation from the IPA. It’s proof that we stand by our commitment to provide an environment where all kinds of people can do the best work of their lives and we’re really proud our efforts have been recognised in this way.”

Nothing Beats A Londoner named Best in Book by Creative Review

Nike’s Nothing Beats A Londoner was selected as Best in Book at last night’s The Annual 2019 launch, Creative Review’s award scheme celebrating the best in creativity.

Creative Review said of the work: “If there’s one ad from 2018 that managed to singlehandedly generate the most buzz on social, it has got to be Nike’s Nothing Beats a Londoner…the brand’s hectic, head-spinning ode to the capital was the top trending video on YouTube, and was shared by everyone from Drake to the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

“Launched by all of the young athletes featured in the campaign on their Instagrams, the spot has been commended for its honest, genuinely diverse and uplifting portrait of London at a time when every day seems to bring yet another headline about a young Londoner being stabbed, amid the city’s ongoing knife crime epidemic.”
