Welcome to Optimism

more people through the door…

Brrr…it's getting cold outside, but don't worry; we've got some lovely new starters keeping our office nice and cosy.

Nick exford

The planning department has been boosted with the arrival of Nick Exford. Previously at DDB, Nick has been brought in to help beef up the smashing Nike team. Hi Nick.

Mike Waywell

This is Mike Waywell, who joins us an account manager on Tesco. He's come to us from Warrington via BMB. People say he looks like the unfortunate love child of X-factor winner and runner up – Joe McElderry and Olly Murs.

Leanne Redfern

This is Leanne Redfern. She's joined WRACK as their new Senior Editor. Leanne comes to us from Craft (part of McCann Erickson). Welcome!

Amy Kilty

This is Amy Kilty. Amy is helping to bolster the ever-growing lady-powered team on Arla International, and joins us as our new Account Manager. Amy previously worked at AMV, and before that, was at Endemol TV, working on an array of programmes, from documentaries to gameshows.

Larawahab2.

Finally, Lara Wahab joins our group of wonderful PAs and team coordinators. She's come over to W+K from JWT to look after Helen, Paul and Graeme. A little fact: she's half Irish and half Iraqi, and does great impressions of all her relatives.
