WEEK 5 already.

Where did the other weeks go? What happened to this week?

We don’t know, so we don’t know what to tell you. We didn’t even get a photo of it.

This week has been pretty busy though, working on a few different projects, mostly getting square eyes in the edit suite, but we are pleased to say we’ve completed a five minute film for a pitch, the result of much hard work, laughs and learning new skills along the way.

It could be the surprise hit of Sundance, or, maybe not, but we’re pleased to have wrapped it up and finished something. We are eager to finish more of our ongoing things too because the amazing briefs just keep coming.

This week we also got to sit in some creative meetings, which we really loved. Aside from the technical and practical skills we’re learning, it’s being in the same room as some great thinkers that’s inspiring us. Here’s hoping some of it wears off.

Other highlights include working on Space.NK, Arctic Monkeys, Ben T seeing his boxers transformed into a skirt (see Junky blog), Ben’s date, work drinks and generally feeling like part of the team.

So, Junky Styling’s recycled fashion extravaganza was revealed to the press last night at a bash held at Wieden + Kennedy to coincide with London Fashion Week. They had created a ballgown from clothing donated by Wieden + Kennedy people and locals.
