This is Sumiko Sato, creative director of Wieden + Kennedy Tokyo. She was in town visiting us yesterday and gave us a presentation on Tokyo trends and culture – everything from otaku to customization, to Bape, to graffiti, to Harajuku street fashion. Interesting to hear about the differences and similarites between London and Tokyo. Plus she brought mad Japanese snacks, mainly in the shape of little cute creatures whose heads you can bite off. Nice.
