Lina from Wieden + Kennedy Tokyo and Kawajiri from Japanese magazine Kokokuhiyo popped in today to interview a couple of people for a feature on W+K.
Kawajiri was interested in why management didn’t have their own offices and remarked on the fact that the atmosphere seemed fun. (No, really.) We referred to the Mary Poppins Principle* and did our best to explain the elusive concept that is The Culture. By the end he was definitely feeling it:
