Our Latest New Joiners
Our latest crop of new joiners includes a Lego enthusiast, hard-core cyclist, and a fresh face who runs an online culture and arts magazine, among others. Read on to learn more about the most recent additions to our team here in London.
Michael Naman, Head of Technology
Michael comes to us most recently from Deep Focus. He has a background in graphic design and is a UX whiz with practical experience in product design and 3D printing, among other specialities. His interest in production extends outside of work, too, with a love of Legos and the maker movement.
Olivia Charlesworth, Designer
Olivia’s done stints everywhere from It’s Nice That to Wolff Olins before joining our team. When she’s not doing work alongside our Design department, she spends time working for a local community centre doing a mix of graphic and service design. She’s also a big fan of theatre — not musicals, however!— and goes to shows often.
Natasha Ernest, Design Resource Manager
Another fresh face on the Design team is Natasha, who comes to us from FRUKT. An indispensable new addition, her family hails from Mauritius so we’re looking forward to being spoiled with tropical treats!
Kayne Kavanagh, Accounts Payable Assistant
As the newest addition to the Finance team, Kayne joins us from Iris Worldwide. He keeps active outside of the office, playing football and doing a bit of boxing when he’s not assisting our Accounts Payable team in-house.
Ant Conlin, Account Manager
Originally from Liverpool, Ant got his Masters in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, eventually trading rocket building for a career in advertising. He’s big into cycling and is currently fundraising for a charity ride this summer in Northern Ireland.
Jhy Turley, Studio Designer
Jhy (pronounced “Jay”) is a new addition to the Studio team who has been making stuff for all manner of design and advertising agencies for the better part of 15 years. Outside of work, if he’s not spending time with his wife and two crazy boys, you’ll probably find him helping out with the Royal Photographic Society Documentary group, running, and maybe even bouldering.
Jasper Ford, Office Runner
New Office Runner Jasper originally hails from South West London. Since joining, he’s been most excited to help out with our Forever Curious workshop and recent exhibition. And when he’s not helping our office run seamlessly, you’ll find him hosting various music events with his friends and going to antique fairs.
Emily Parker, Account Executive
Emily did work with the British Fashion Council and Netsa prior to joining W+K as a placement on our Nurofen team. We liked her so much after three months that we invited her to stay, and we’re so pleased that she’s decided to stick around! Outside of work, she runs an online arts and culture magazine.
Charlotte Anstey, HR Manager
Charlotte joined our HR team as a maternity leave cover, and has very quickly made herself part of the agency family. Her interests are varied, ranging from drawing to voluntary work with the Mary Frances Trust to travel. She’s previously logged time at ASOS and Plaform Creative.
