There were strange sightings around 16 Hanbury Street on Saturday. A living room appeared in our reception. Complete with wing-backed arm chair and buffalo horns, it looked as
though someone had had a real good party – judging by the number of
empty wine bottles.

It seems that Wieden + Kennedy’s Imaginary Friend has taken residence.

Be warned, he can be a bit mischievous.

After all, there are no rules for imaginary friends.

They can do whatever they fancy.

And they tend to spend most of their time doing the things that you secretly want to do, but don’t.

So come and say hello.

Let him interrupt your life for a while.

You never know, he might say something worth listening to.

Wieden + Kennedy’s Imaginary
Friend is actually artist Jack Bishop. Jack has recently graduated in
Fine Art from Central St Martin’s College of Art & Design. His
practice involves a combination of live performance, drawing, text and
video and he is drawn to ideas of the role of the comic in art and
society, and issues surrounding the relationship between artist and
audience.

Jack will be inhabiting our
window for the next week, conducting a series of live drawings and

You’ll be able to spot him from today, and everyday, at 11am-2pm and then again at 4pm-7pm.
