So sang Elvis Costello back in 1978 or thereabouts. He didn't realise that a mere 30-odd years later we'd be launching Wieden + Kennedy Radio. No anaesthetic required. Some foolishness may be involved.

The radio station has been set up by the Portland Mothership to inspire creativity through provocative
conversations, interviews and artistic expression relating to arts,
culture, media, and music. We're starting small with minimal
programming hours, with a goal to eventually share an equal amount of
programming between our seven different offices and their communities
worldwide.
