experimental content program about music and visuals. We aim to show
what is happening right here and now in Tokyo and its power to influence the
world.The concept for the next show is:
Evolve. Change.
Mutate.
How do you evolve, reinvent, change?

This episode
explores the idea of reinvention: how an artist reinvents their image, identity,
and character in the evolution of their work.  In this episode, we feature the Hifana music video
“Wamono", the video by Hifana and W+K Tokyo Lab that won the Excellence Prize at the 2005 Media Arts Festival. Hifana reinvent themselves into characters that embark on an epic
fishing journey in search of a huge Tairyou catch. As a prelude to the
animated video, Hifana perform a live version of the track, as their “real”
selves in a performance, beat-driven hybrid live-action / animation
piece.
