W+K’s Stitch n’ Bitch knitting club is back and this time they’re doing good.

We will be knitting blankets for the puppies and kittens of Battersea as during the winter months they get very cold in their lonely sterile cages.

So before you dismiss knitting out of hand, spare a thought for the little furry folk. The cold, lonely little furry folk.

If that isn’t to convince the good people of W+K to get their needles out, Queen Bitch Lisa will also be offering another service – HAPPY HOOKING. (That’s crochet, for you "buy all your own clothes" people.)

Let the fabrication of cosy animal garments by interlocking loops of one or more yarns either by hand or with knitting needles commence! Thursdays 1-2pm in the basement.
