We’re using podcasting for Honda
Wieden + Kennedy’s forthcoming launch campaign for the new Honda Civic will involve a major digital marketing campaign and what we think may be the UK’s first advertising campaign as video podcast. (I know Burger KIng has already done this in the US.) Unless anyone can correct us on this with a previous UK example?
The two-minute film, together with behind-the-scenes footage of the ad development, will be made available as a downloadable videocast from the accompanying Civic campaign microsite, and also from podcast and videocast sites.
The video podcast will be optimized for "video" iPods, and will be available for download January 13th.

By the way, we would have done Impossible Dream as a Podcast, but we couldn’t get the music rights.
