What we did
When we first started working with Honda, we recognised that the brand lacked emotion and meaning. Whilst they made good, reliable products, the marque was not desirable. We investigated the heritage and culture of the company and developed a campaign that gave real meaning to their strapline ‘The Power of Dreams’.
The ‘Cog’ commercial launched the new Honda Accord in the UK. To reflect the technical expertise, care and skill that goes into each vehicle, we created a precision-engineered chain reaction from all the individual parts of the car.
Often described – not by us! – as one of the greatest ads of all time, this spot has been widely celebrated, not only for its creativity but also its business building qualities.
