Sainsbury’s is tapping into the shared anticipation and excitement of wondering ‘What’s For Dinner?’ in its latest campaign celebrating living well moments.

The 60” film takes a snapshot of the commute home from work, when we’re tired and hangry but thoughts turn to the light at the end of the tunnel: dinner on the table. Celebrating the shared joy of planning dinner, the story is told via texts to loved ones, filled with emojis and GIFs, which are available to viewers when they search DinnerGIFs on Giphy or IOS app store.

The campaign is running across TV, digital out-of-home, VOD, online and social platforms.

The spot is directed by Mees Peijnenburg and produced by Iconoclast, with animations by Golden Wolf, editing by Trim, post by Time Based Arts and sound handled by Vaudeville.
