Say hi to Kieran Weir who joins us today as a freelance Interactive Producer. Kieran is into gaming (he worked on the Xbox account way back when at AKQA as well as at NCSOFT). But he's not here just for that, he's also an experienced Producer with a keen interest in all things social.

The first part of our office refurb is complete. It's looking pretty good so far. These pics show the third floor of 16 Hanbury Street, now occupied, with teams working in groups rather than from a fixed desk.

Best view in the house is from the kitchen table, looking out over Spitalfields rooftops towards Christchurch.
