Cheryl Rogers. Wieden+Kennedy stalwart, unstoppable ball of creative energy, game for a laugh, optimist extraordinaire. Hard to describe how much we continue to miss her since she passed away from cancer in 2014. In order to remember the life of our friend and colleague, we are setting up an installation ‘Cheryl’s Light’ with our friends at Hellicar & Lewis at our office today.

Helen and Iain will be speaking about our wellbeing programme at The Story Conference on the 17th February in London. Just so we’re clear…W+K London’s trial to follow the below guideline is still ongoing. It wasn’t a trial only for last year!

1. No emails between 7pm and 8am, at weekends and during holidays
2. Encourage a 40 hour week: 4.30pm finishes on a Friday to make this possible
3. Hold internal meetings between 10am and 4pm
4. Introduce a formal day in lieu policy
