Our Honda Diesel ad 'Grrr' has once again been awarded the Best in Show Award, this time the Grand Clio at the 2005 Clio Awards.

Wieden + Kennedy London had a great night at the 2005 Design and Art Direction Awards with both our Honda and Nike work winning awards.<br/><br/>Amongst other awards our Honda Diesel ad 'Grrr' won 2 Black Pencils. Black Pencils are only awarded to work that breaks the mould or sets a new standard of creative excellence. 'Grrr' scoops another
Best In Show Award

As the most recent in a string of Best in Show awards, Wieden + Kennedy London's Honda Diesel ad 'Grrr' has <br/>been named Best in Show at the 2005 One Show Awards. <br/><br/>The ad that makes us love to hate has so far won the top awards at the British Television Advertising Awards, Creative Circle Awards, Epica Awards and the Andy Awards.<br/><br/>Tony Davidson, Joint Creative Director at W + K<br/>London says, "Honda is an amazing company that<br/>deserves great work all over the world. In giving this<br/>award the One Show is helping spread the truth behind<br/>their diesel engine. The spot was inspired by the engine's<br/>designer Kenichi Nagahiro, who at its launch said "I hate<br/>diesels", only agreeing to make Honda's first diesel<br/>engine if he could start from scratch. So I'd like to thank<br/>him for his honesty and the team for writing a great<br/>spot."<br/><br/>Last year Honda was named Advertiser of the Year<br/>and this year Diesel has been named Campaign of the<br/>Year, both by Campaign Magazine.

'Grrr' scoops Grandy
Award

Our Honda Diesel ad 'Grrr' has been judged as the absolute best in show at the 2005 Andy Awards. The Grandy Award along with the $50,000 prize money is awarded to the most brilliant work of the year. We also won the Grandy Award at the 2004 Andy Awards, this time for the Honda Accord 'Cog' ad.
